Sunny Garlic Chutney

Ingredients:


1 quart garlic cloves

1 medium Onion -- diced

1 medium Red pepper -- diced

1 1/4 Cup Apple cider vinegar

1/4 Cup Fresh ginger, minced

1 tablespoons Mustard seed

1 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Coarsely chop garlic. Combine all other ingredients and bring to a slow boil. Reduce by 1/3, add garlic and cook about 10 minutes. Cool and serve. Makes about 2 1/2 cups
