Mango Papaya Chutney |

Great dip or a sandwich speard |

Ingredients:
1 cup large mango (diced) |
1/2 cup large papaya (diced) |
1/4 cup cilantro (sliced lengthwise) |
2 Tablespoons lime juice |
2 Tablespoons Honey |
2 Teaspoons fresh ginger (peeled and minced) |
2 medium garlic cloves (minced) |
4 teaspoon crushed allspice seeds |
2 Tablespoons coconut oil |

Preparation / Directions:
In a skillet sauté garlic and ginger in coconut oil. Add allspice and fruit. Continue to sauté until slightly brown. Stir in the rest of ingredients and sauté for a few more minutes. I found this chutney great as a taco / chip dip as well as a awesome sandwich spead. You can also add your own ingredients to kick up the taste to your preference
