Papaya Chutney |

Ingredients:
1 pound Ripe papaya |
1/4 cup White vinegar |
1/4 cup Lemon juice |
1 tablespoons cilantro Chopped fresh |
1 tablespoons Vegetable oil |
5 drops Honey-flavour |
1 tablespoons sugar |
2 Teaspoon Grated gingerroot or |
3/4 Teaspoon Ground ginger |
1/4 Teaspoon Chili powder |
1/8 Teaspoon Ground cinnamon |

Preparation / Directions:
Pare papaya. Cut papaya in half and scoop out centers. Chop papaya finely. Heat all ingredients to boiling in 10-inch skillet; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm or cold.
