Preparation / Directions:Fry the beef, onion, mushrooms and garlic together. Add tomatoes, grated carrots, paprika and basil.
Mix the flour, milk, butter and mixed herbs together to form a dough.
Put the beef mixture in an oven proof dish. Divide dough into small balls and place on top of beef.
Cook in a medium oven for half an hour.
