Carrot Coleslaw

Ingredients:


2 medium carrots -- shredded

1 cup shredded green cabbage

1/2 cup shredded red cabbage

1/2 cup lite mayonnaise

1 tablespoons skim milk

1 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

1 dash salt -- optional
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the vegetables together in a large bowl. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the salad. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. 6 servings/Serving size: 1/2 cup
