Preparation / Directions:In large bowl, layer cabbage, green pepper, and onion; sprinkle sugar over top. In saucepan, combine white vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, celery salt, and mustard; mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over slaw; cover, refrigerate, at least 4 hours. To serve, toss slaw to mix well.
