Preparation / Directions:In large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, Mustard, sugar, Cole Slaw Seasoning, Pepper, mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth. Add both cabbages, green onion, apples and raisins; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Makes 8 servings.
