Slaw In Orange Shells

Ingredients:


2 medium cabbage

3 cups sugar

1 quart sour cream

1 teaspoon salt

3 teaspoons celery seed

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

8 slices orange
 

Preparation / Directions:


sprinkle cabbage with sugar place onto a large plate cover with another plate, weight down, and chill for 4-24 hours squeeze-out moisture with a clean towel to drain combine cabbage, sour cream, salt, celery seed, and pepper-mix well spoon into orange shells serve slightly chilled
