Preparation / Directions:In colander, mix cabbage, tomatoes, green pepper, red onion, and carrots and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for one hour. Rinse vegetables and drain well. Mix vinegar, apple juice concentrate, and spices and toss with vegetables. Cover and chill before serving.
