Texas Style Coleslaw |

Ingredients:
6 cups Green cabbage grated |
1 large Green bell pepper -- Chopped |
1 large Red bell pepper -- Chopped |
1/2 cup Fresh coriander -- chopped |
1 Clove garlic -- mashed |
1 jar Pepper -- chopped |
1 Medium Onion -- chopped |
1 cup Olive or corn oil |
1/2 cup Red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon Sugar |
1/8 teaspoon Salt and pepper to taste |

Preparation / Directions:
A twist on cole slaw that is perfect with barbeque. Grate cabbage. Chop bell peppers and coriander. Mix together. Make a dressing by combining the remaining ingredients. Toss with cabbage mixture and allow to stand for one hour before serving.
