Preparation / Directions:In blender or food processor, beat well the last six ingredients. Then mix the flour and water in a saucepan and cook until thick and almost translucent, stirring constantly. A whisk works well. Slowly pour hot flour-and-water sauce into egg mixture while beating on high speed. Makes 3 cups of silky smooth Mayo.
