Ingredients:


1 cup powdered milk

2/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup boiling water

3 tablespoons margarine
 

Preparation / Directions:


In blender, put margarine into the boiling water. Add sugar, then the powdered milk; blend until smooth. Store in refrigerator.
