Ingredients:


1 quart white wine vinegar

5 medium baby carrots with tops

1 medium spear asparagus

1 sprig parsley

2 cloves garlic

2 teaspoons peppercorns

2 medium green beans

2 slices red pepper

2 slices green pepper

4 bunch pea pods

2 large green olive

1 stalk celery
 

Preparation / Directions:


Arrange the ingredients in a bottle. Bring vinegar to a simmer in a non reactive container. Poor into bottle. Cap and seal tightly. Store for approximately 2 weeks before using.
