Garlic Mayo

Ingredients:


1/2 quart mayonnaise

4 cloves garlic -- crushed, up to 5
 

Preparation / Directions:


This is ideal if you have a half-used jar of mayonnaise. Mix the pressed garlic into the mayonnaise. Refrigerate for at least a day before using, to get the full flavor. Use as a veggie dip, on baked fish or chicken, or on sandwiches. It tastes like a high-priced gourmet treat.
