Crawfish And Crab Etouffee

Ingredients:


1 pound peeled crawfish

1 pound cleaned crab meat

4 medium yellow onions

4 medium purple onions

1 stalk celery

3 medium bell peppers -- 1 yellow, 1 red, and 1 green

4 cloves garlic

1 cup green onion

1 pound butter

1 can cream of mushroom soup
 

Preparation / Directions:


Dice veggies and saute' (except green onions) in butter. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 25 minutes. Top with green onions and serve over ric
