Preparation / Directions:Heat butter in a saucepot, over a medium flame add onions, bell peppers, and celery heat and stir for 5-6 minutes add flour; heat and stir for 1-2 minutes add water, reduce flame to low, heat, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often add crawfish, salt, pepper, tabasco, worcestershire, thyme, scallions, and parsley simmer for 5-10 minutes, just to heat crawfish through serve over hot cooked rice
