Ingredients:

1 small potato -- sliced

1 medium carrot -- pared and sliced

1 small onion -- sliced

1 teaspoon salt and pepper

1 pound beef roast

2 tablespoons water

Place vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Salt and pepper meat, then place= in pot. Add water. cover and cook 10-12 hours.
