Beef Short Ribs With Vegetables

Ingredients:


3 pounds beef short ribs -- cut in serving-sized pieces

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon accent

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/3 cup fat

1 medium onion -- thinly sliced

2 cups hot water

1/2 pound green beans

6 medium potatoes -- halved

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon accent

1/8 teaspoon pepper

12 stalks celery -- cut in 3 inch strips
 

Preparation / Directions:


Season meat with salt and pepper and Accent. Heat fat on HIGH in C/P. Coat meat evenly with fat. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Cook on LOW for 8 1/2-9 1/2 hrs.
