Curried Almonds

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1 pound blanched almonds
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine butter with curry and seasoned salt. Pour over almonds in slow-cooking pot and mix to coat well. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours. Turn to high. Uncover pot and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve hot or cold, as a snack.
