Preparation / Directions:Trim excess fat from chops; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown in large skillet Arrange chops in bottom of crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients except green onions and pepper strips; pour over chops. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Halfway through cooking add green onions and peppers. Thicken juices with 1 ml cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water, if desired.
