Barbeque Pot Roast |

Ingredients:
3 pound beef chuck or other pot roast |
3 large onions, -- chopped |
1 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 dash chili powder |
1 cup beef stock |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste |
1 clove garlic, -- minced |

Preparation / Directions:
Brown meat in hot oil in a large pot or Dutch oven. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or until tender.
