Beer Braised Beef in Crock Pot |

Ingredients:
3 pounds Lean beef stew meat cut into piece (1 1/2 Inch) |
1 teaspoon Salt |
1/2 teaspoon Pepper |
2 medium Onions thinly sliced |
8 Ounces mushrooms - 1 inch Piece un-drained |
12 Ounces beer -- (I prefer a dark beer or a Mexican Beer) |
1 tablespoons Vinegar |
2 pieces Beef bouillon cubes |
2 teaspoon Sugar |
2 Cloves garlic -- minced |
1 teaspoon Thyme |
2 pieces bay leaves |

Preparation / Directions:
Preparation: Put the beef in the crock pot. Combine all the other
ingredients and pour over the beef. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high
for 4-5 hours. Before serving thicken juices if desired. Joyce says she
uses some flour or corn starch to do this.
