Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:


1 package onion soup mix

2 cans Cream of mushroom soup,low fat

1 1/2 cup skim milk

1 cup white wine

1 cup white rice

6 medium chicken breast halves without skin -- boneless

6 Teaspoons butter

6 Tablespoons parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix onion soup,mushroom soup, milk, wine and rice. Spray crock-pot w/ pam. Lay chicken breasts in crock pot, top w/ 1 tea butter, pour on soup mixture, sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours
