Cracked Wheat Pilaf

Ingredients:


2 cups cracked wheat or bulgur

1 medium onion -- chopped

5 cups beef broth

1/4 cup butter -- melted

1/4 cup minced parsley -- or

2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes

1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in Crock-Pot; stir well. Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
