Crock Pot Meatballs With Gravy |

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley falkes |
1 teaspoon onion salt |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 cup pread crumbs |
1/4 cup milk |
1 large egg |
2 packages brown gravy mix |
3 Cup hot fluffly rice |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients to make 1 inch meatballs. Brown in a skillet. Drain fat. Place in a Crock-Pot. Cover. Cook on Low for 3 to 4 hours or can be kept on all day. When ready to serve prepare gravy mix as directed on the package and pour into meatballs. Stir. Serve over rice.
