Crockpot Baked Beans

Ingredients:


2 pounds dry navy beans

1 small onion -- chopped

1 cup catsup

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup water

2 teaspoons mustard

2 tablespoons molasses

1 teaspoon salt

10 slices fried bacon
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put beans in three times the volume of unsalted water, bring to a boil and let simmer for 30 minutes Let stand in covered hot water for 2 hours. Mix other ingredients in a bowl. drain beans well and mix all ingredients oan beans together. Put in crockpot and let cook on low for 12 hours. Stir occasionally.
