Preparation / Directions:


Put the following in a crock pot: 2 carrots, pared and sliced 2 onions, chopped (opt.) 1 stalk celery, sliced 5 c. water 4 chicken bouillon cubes 1 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. parsley flakes Cover and cook 8 hours on low or 3 to 4 hours on high. One hour before serving, add 1 can evaporated milk.
