Drunken Pot Roast

Ingredients:


5 pounds chuck roast

21 ounces french onion soup

16 ounces beer

2 ounces whiskey

2 pieces beef bouillon cubes
 

Preparation / Directions:


Braise roast in 400°F oven for one hour. Add all other ingredients together with roast in crock pot. Stir a bit and simmer on high 4-5 hours.
