Easy Cornish Game Hens

Ingredients:


2 medium Rock Cornish game hens

1 package pecan rice

1 1/2 cups water

1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place rice and water in a crockpot; stir well. Place rinsed Cornish Game hens on top of rice; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook, covered, on low for 6 hours.
