Preparation / Directions:Trim excess fat from meat. Combine flour with salt, mustard and pepper. Rub mixture into all sides of the roast. Place meat on a rack in a crockpot. Combine pears with brown sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Spread over top of pork. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
