Garbanzos And Couscous |

Ingredients:
1 Small Onion -- chopped |
3 Medium Carrots -- chopped |
14 1/2 Ounces Tomatoes, Canned -- diced |
15 Ounces Garbanzo Beans, Canned |
1 Cup Chicken Broth -- reduced sodium |
3 Cloves Garlic -- minced |
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg |
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon |
1 Teaspoon Cumin |
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric |
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne |
1 1/2 Cup Couscous, Cooked |

Preparation / Directions:
Throw everything in the pot and mix it up. (no couscous though]. Cover; cook on low 8-10 hours {High:3-4 hours}. Add cooked couscous during last 15 minutes of cooking. 6 to 8 servings.
