Original Tennessee Barbecue Beef

Ingredients:


1 pound stew beef -- cubed

1 pound pork -- cubed

1/4 cup chili powder

1 large green bell pepper -- chopped

1 large onion -- chopped

6 ounces tomato paste

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/4 cup vinegar

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put all ingredients in a crockpot; stir well to combine. Cook on low setting for about 10 hours.
