Ingredients:
6 Cups Potatoes -- peeled,thinly sliced |
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion |
2 Tablespoons Flour |
1 Teaspoon Salt |
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper |
2 Cups Cooked Ham -- chopped |
1 Can Whole Tomatoes -- undrained,chopped |
2 Tablespoons Margarine |

Preparation / Directions:
Lightly grease slow cooker. Layer half of each ingredient in the order listed; repeat layers. Cover; cook on high setting for 1 hour. reduce to low setting; cook 5 to 6 hours or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.
