Slow Cooker Mexican Carnitas

Ingredients:


1 pound lean boneless pork -- cut in small cubes

10 ounces frozen French style green beans -- partially thawed

2 tablespoons minced onion

2 tablespoons chopped pimiento

1/2 teaspoon season salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place green beans in Crock-Pot. Top with onion, pimiento, seasoned salt and pepper; add cubed pork. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours. Doube recipe for 5 quart Crock-Pot.
