Preparation / Directions:Pound flour into steak. Cut into serving size pieces (I cut into very small pieces sometimes). Brown in skillet. Put in crock-pot and add remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook 4 to 6 hours on high or 10 to 12 hours on low. Serve with cooked rice or noodles.
