Tennessee Barbecue

Ingredients:


1 pound stew beef -- cubed

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 pound pork -- cubed

1/4 cup vinegar

1/4 cup chili powder

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1 large green bell pepper -- chopped

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 large onion -- chopped

1 teaspoon salt

6 ounces tomato paste

1 teaspoon black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a crockpot; stir well. Cook on low setting for 6-8 hours.
