Ingredients:


6 pieces beef cubed steaks (8 ounces each)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 small onion chopped

6 ounces mushrooms sliced , undrained

2 cans golden mushroom soup (10 3/4 ounces each)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. Place beef in 4 quart crockpot, sprinkling onion and mushrooms with liquid between layers of beef. Pour soup over beef. Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours or until beef is tender.
