Ingredients:
28 ounces tomatoes diced, undrained |
2 cloves garlic finely chopped |
4 cups chicken broth |
1 medium onions chopped |
2 medium carrots sliced |
2 pieces celery chopped |
1 tablespoons dried basil leaves |
4 cups tomato juice |
1 medium zucchini chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |

Preparation / Directions:
Mix all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low heat 7 to 8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
