Italian Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:


28 ounces tomatoes diced, undrained

2 cloves garlic finely chopped

4 cups chicken broth

1 medium onions chopped

2 medium carrots sliced

2 pieces celery chopped

1 tablespoons dried basil leaves

4 cups tomato juice

1 medium zucchini chopped

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low heat 7 to 8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
