Ingredients:


3 Large Cucumbers, Peeled, Seeded -- Cut Into 1-Inch

1 Teaspoon Dried Dill Weed

1 Teaspoon Salt

1/8 Teaspoon Pepper

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

1/2 Cup Sour Cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


Assemble and attach food grinder using fine grinding plate. Turn to speed 4 and grind cucumbers. Drain excess juice. Place cucumbers in a bowl and add dill weed, salt, pepper, and lemon juice; mix well. Fold in sour cream and chill thoroughly.
