Preparation / Directions:a. Peel, chop and puree the cucumbers, then chop the onion;
b. Mix the cucumbers and the sour cream well;
c. Add into the mixture the salt, the pepper, the chopped onion, and the
mint;
d. Mix again, then chill the soup well before serving;
