Sweet And Sour Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:


1/2 cup water

1 cup cider vinegar

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons dill pickle -- chopped fine

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

2 cups cucumbers -- sliced thin

1 medium stack celery -- sliced thin,
 

Preparation / Directions:


Boil water, vinegar, sweetener, pickle, and salt. Place cucumbers and celery, slices in glass jar; pour boiling liquid over; cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain before serving.
