Ingredients:


2 Pints strawberries -- raspberries or blueberries, or combinations of all

1 Pint sour cream or yogurt

1 cup brown sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Wash and hull berries; place in bowl. Mix with sour cream and brown sugar Place in individual champagne dishes and freeze.Remove from freezer about 10 - 15 minutes before serving.
