Preparation / Directions:Combine the berries, 1/2 cup of the honey, and water in a small saucepan. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Stir in the balance of the honey. Allow to cool, then stir in optional lemon rind.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
