Big Orange Harvey Wallbanger Cake

Ingredients:


1 package orange cake mix

3 1/2 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix

3/4 cup orange juice

1/2 cup vegetable oil

4 whole eggs

1/4 cup vodka

1/4 cup galliano liqueur

---glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon vodka

1 tablespoon galliano liqueur
 

Preparation / Directions:


Lightly grease and flour a 10 cup microwave Bundt pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour into prepared pan. Place on an inverted saucer in microwave oven. Microwave at medium high (70%) until wooden pick inserted comes out clean, 12 to 14 minutes. Allow cake to cool 10 to 1 2 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Glaze while warm. Glaze: Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until smooth and drizzle over warm cake.
