Preparation / Directions:1. Soften gelatin in orange juice concentrate; dissolve gelatin mixture over hot water.
2. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, vanilla and salt.
3. Using well-chilled bowl and beaters, beat dry milk and water until soft peaks form; add lemon juice and beat until stiff.
4. Fold in orange juice mixture; cover and freeze overnight.
