Ingredients:


1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup sugar

4 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup pumpkin

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ginger

1/8 teaspoon cloves

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream -- softened
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine crumbs, sugar and butter in bowl and blend thoroughly. Sprinkle 3/4 of mixture in 9 inch spring form pan. Reserve 1/4 for topping. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into pan and sprinkle with reserved topping. Freeze.
