Mexican Fruit Cake

Ingredients:


2 cup flour

2 cup sugar

2 large eggs -- large

2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup walnuts -- chopped

1 can pineapple -- crushed with juice

----Frosting

8 ounces cream cheese softened

1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup butter -- softened

1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all cake ingredients together and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 34-45 minutes. Cool completely and frost. For Frosting: mix all ingredients together until smooth. Moist and DELICIOUS!
