Peanut Butter Sundaes

Ingredients:


1/3 cup sugar

2 tablespoons plus 2 tsp. water

2 tablespoons plus 2 tsp. creamy peanut butter

2 cups chocolate nonfat frozen yogurt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Transfer to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Cool slightly and pour over frozen yogurt. Refrigerate any unused sauce. NOTES : Prep: 10 min, Cook: 5 min.
