Pink Foam Blackberry Bake

Ingredients:


225 grams apples peeled and sliced

50 grams sugar

50 grams butter

225 grams blackberries

175 grams fresh white breadcrumbs

50 grams demerara or soft brown sugar

1 can evaporated milk

30 milliliter rosehip syrup
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Stew apples, blackberries, sugar and a little water together until tender. 2. Melt butter in a seperate saucepan. Remove from heat and mix in breadcrumbs and brown sugar. 3. Fill individual glasses with alternate layers of fruit and breadcrumb mixture. Leave to stand overnight if possible. 4. Whisk together topping ingredients until thick, and spoon over. Difficulty : easy. Precision : measure ingredients.
