Ingredients:


1 cup sour cream

10 ounces frozen raspberries

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in the small bowl of an electric mixer and beat at medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes. Pour into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan; cover with aluminum foil and freeze until firm, 6 hours or overnight. Spoon into serving dishes.
